Operation Center
As one of the services that A'ayan Leasing and Investment Co. provide for its costumers, the Operations Department provides After Sale and Lease Services. This department is concerned with the follow up and completion of all that relates to maintenance, insurance services, traffic procedures, ownership transference, and the technical support for contracts signed with the clients, whether they are individuals, companies, or government ministries.
The objective we aim to achieve is meeting the costumer needs and exceeding his expectations in order to ensure a continued relationship between A'ayan and the costumer. As a result, the rising number of A'ayan clients is a strong indication to the validity of our approach and the integrity of our direction in the field of costumer service no matter how diversified their needs are and how varied their social and economic ranks are.
Furthermore, we had a large number of clients calling the service centers daily; their requests and needs are processed quickly and professionally which made A'ayan always their first choice when it comes to financing solutions.
