Member of the Religious Opinion Panel at the Ministry of Awqaf & Islamic Affairs in Kuwait; expert in the Jurisprudence Encyclopaedia and member of the Scientific Committee thereof; Professor at the Faculty of the Sharia at the University of Damascus.He obtained his Doctorate Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence (Personal Matters) from Al-Azhar in 19700 and obtained the Master Degree in 1981.

He studied with many religious scientists and sheikhs. He is considerable active in a number of religious scientific committees and Scientific Conferences.
